Quartz worktops are man-made whereas granite is a natural product. Quartz is preferred by clients as the finished product looks exactly like the sample. Granite can be very different to the samples but if you did choose granite, a visit to the fabricators can be arranged to view the slab before you commit to that product.

We have preferred fabricators that we work with whom specialise in solid surfaces. We will arrange for the fabricator to template your worktops after your kitchen has been fitted with installation following shortly after.

Kitchens at Marshall Mason vary in cost depending on the style and product you choose, along with the size of the space. Our kitchens usually start from around £15,000 but we will always work with you and your budget to create your dream kitchen.

This can vary depending on the size and design of your space. We usually say to allow three weeks from start to finish. This will be discussed with you when we finalise your design.

Yes, we offer a fully installed service from flooring through to the final finishing touches as well as a supply only option. Contact us for more information.

At Marshall Mason our suppliers are based in the UK and Germany. Where yours is manufactured will depend on the style you choose. Take a look at our products page for more information.

The design process is free of charge. However, if you wish to take away your plans and visuals there will be a cost of £355. This will then be deducted from your deposit should you wish to proceed. Take a look at our design page for more details on our service.

Yes, we do design, supply and install fitted wardrobes. We have a great display of these in our Penrith studio. Contact us for more information.

Once designs have been approved and your deposit paid, we can usually receive delivery of your new kitchen within as little as 6 weeks. This is dependent on the range you have chosen.

We offer a huge range of work surfaces from PVC edged laminates to solid surfaces such as Granite, Quartz, Porcelain, Corian and Glass.

To place orders we take a deposit of 30%. This is then followed by a 60% payment a week before delivery, leaving a final 10% to be paid on completion or delivery depending on arrangements.

Yes, if you wish to keep your own appliances, we would always encourage this.
